? Product Description:
Ozempic® (Semaglutide) is a prescription injectable medication used:
- Along with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes.
- To reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events such as heart attack, stroke, or death in adults with type 2 diabetes and known heart disease.
⚠ Important Information:
- It is unknown whether Ozempic® can be used in individuals with pancreatitis.
- Ozempic® is not intended for patients with type 1 diabetes.
- The safety and effectiveness of Ozempic® in children under 18 years of age have not been established.

⚠ Warnings and Precautions:
- Do not use Ozempic® if you are allergic to Semaglutide or any of its ingredients.
- Consult your healthcare provider if you have:
- A history of pancreatic or kidney problems.
- Diabetic retinopathy.
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding, or plans for pregnancy. Ozempic® should be discontinued two months before planning pregnancy.
- Inform your doctor about all medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, herbal supplements, and other diabetes treatments like insulin or sulfonylureas.
? Potential Serious Side Effects:
- Pancreatitis: Stop using Ozempic® and seek medical help if you experience severe stomach pain that radiates to your back, with or without vomiting.
- Vision Changes: Notify your healthcare provider if you experience any changes in vision.
- Low Blood Sugar (Hypoglycemia): The risk increases if used with sulfonylureas or insulin. Symptoms include dizziness, blurry vision, anxiety, irritability, sweating, confusion, drowsiness, shaking, weakness, headache, rapid heartbeat, and nervousness.
- Kidney Problems (Kidney Failure): Dehydration caused by diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting may worsen kidney issues. Stay hydrated to reduce risk.
- Severe Allergic Reactions: Stop using Ozempic® and seek emergency medical help if you experience swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, breathing difficulties, severe rash, dizziness, or rapid heartbeat.
