Return and Refund Policy

International Products

Imported international products cannot be canceled after the order has been processed.

Imported international products can only be returned if the order is incorrect or damaged. If your order is damaged or does not match, please contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp at +966509677717.

We may require some details about the product’s condition to confirm approval or rejection of the return request.

Local Products

If you wish to return or no longer need the product, please return it to Al-Zaher Pharmacy, and we will either exchange it or refund your money. A purchase invoice is required for the return and exchange service within 14 days from the purchase date.

Damaged or used products cannot be returned.

Purchases made through medical insurance cannot be returned.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

If the order is canceled before delivery, the full purchase amount, including delivery fees, will be refunded to the same credit card used within 7-14 business days.

If the order is returned or exchanged after delivery, the purchase amount will be fully refunded to the same credit card within 7-14 business days, but the delivery fee will not be refunded as the service has been utilized.

For 1+1, 2+1 offers, or discounts on the second item, the entire promotional set must be returned.

For promotional items, the entire set must be returned at its promotional price.

A purchase invoice is required for the return and exchange service within 14 days from the purchase date.

Items must be in their original condition without any alterations (e.g., color changes or damages).

If purchases are refunded for cash, the redeemed points from the purchases will be deducted from your Nuhdeek Program account.

Cases in which returns or exchanges are not accepted:

If the barcode is removed or erased (for medical products only).

Items that require special storage conditions, such as refrigerated medicines and baby food.

Products covered by health insurance cannot be returned or exchanged.

Maternity clothing, for public health safety.

However, manufacturers may occasionally change ingredients or packaging, which are regularly updated without affecting product quality. We recommend reading the warnings, precautions, and usage instructions for all products before use and not relying solely on the information provided by Al-Zaher.
