Insulin Aspart/Aspart Protamine 30
✅ Why is it used?
? Contains:
✔️ 30% fast-acting insulin aspart.
✔️ 70% intermediate-acting insulin aspart (crystallized with protamine).
? Used to control blood sugar levels in type 1 & type 2 diabetes.
? Starts working within 10-20 minutes, peaks between 1-4 hours, and lasts up to 24 hours.
? Can be used with oral diabetes medications or injectable treatments for type 2 diabetes.
? How to use
? Inject under the skin (abdomen, thigh, buttock, or upper arm).
? Take immediately before a meal (or right after if necessary).
? Eat within 10 minutes of injection to prevent low blood sugar.
? Rotate injection sites to prevent skin problems.
? Do not use if
❌ You are allergic to insulin aspart or any other ingredient.
❌ You have low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
❌ The pen is damaged, frozen, or stored incorrectly.
❌ The insulin is not clear and colorless.
? Warnings & precautions
