? How to Use Human Insulin NPH 30

• Administer subcutaneously (under the skin) in the thigh, abdomen (waist area), gluteal region (buttocks), or deltoid area (shoulder).
• Rotate injection sites with each dose.
• Regularly monitor blood sugar levels to determine the lowest effective dose.
• The usual daily dose ranges between 0.3 and 1.0 IU per kilogram of body weight.
• Inject 30 minutes before a meal. It is usually administered once or twice daily, depending on the required initial rapid effect and long-lasting control.
