Jalra 50 mg 15 Tablets belong to a class of anti-diabetic drugs known as Dipeptidyl Peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors, used to treat Type 2 Diabetes, especially in patients whose blood sugar levels are not controlled by diet and exercise alone.
Jalra 50 mg 15 Tablets can be used alone or in combination with other medications.
Type 2 diabetes is a chronic condition that affects how your body processes glucose. People with Type 2 diabetes either do not produce enough insulin or cannot use it effectively (insulin resistance).
This tablet works by increasing the levels of an incretin hormone that stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas after meals, helping to reduce high blood sugar levels.
You may experience dizziness, nausea, headache, excessive sweating, low blood sugar levels, or shaking in some cases.
Most of these side effects are temporary and resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
Inform your doctor if you are allergic to Jalra 50 mg 15 Tablets or any other medications.
