Pioglitazone / Glimepiride is used along with a diet and exercise plan to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes.

? DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Dosage:Initial dose: Pioglitazone 30 mg / Glimepiride 2 mg or 4 mg, taken once daily with the first meal of the day.
Maintenance dose: Adjusted gradually based on therapeutic response and tolerability.
Maximum Daily Dose: Adjust the dose according to effectiveness and tolerance.

Other Medications:- Insulin.
- Strong CYP2C8 inhibitors.
- Colesevelam.
- Oral Miconazole.
- Medications that increase CYP2C8 or CYP2C9 activity, such as Rifampin.
⚠️ POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:
- Common side effects may include:
- Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar).
- Weight gain.
- Headache.
- Muscle pain.
- Anxiety.
- Depression.
- Rapid heartbeat.
- Nausea and diarrhea.
- Cold-like symptoms such as nasal congestion, sinus pain, sneezing, and sore throat.

- Store away from the sight and reach of children.
