  • It is best to take the tablet at the same time every day to help remember.

4. Warnings and Precautions ⚠

  • Contact your doctor or nearest hospital immediately if you feel nauseous, experience stomach pain, severe thirst, rapid and deep breathing, confusion, excessive drowsiness, or unusual fatigue, or notice a sweet smell in your breath, a sweet or metallic taste in your mouth, or rapid weight loss.
  • These symptoms may indicate diabetic ketoacidosis, a serious condition related to an increase in "ketone bodies" in the blood or urine.
  • Diabetic ketoacidosis may occur even if blood sugar levels are normal.

7. Other Medications and Dapagliflozin ?

  • Inform your doctor if you are currently taking or have recently taken any other medications.
  • Particularly inform your doctor if you are using diuretics or other medications for lowering blood sugar (such as insulin or sulfonylureas), as adjustments in dosage may be necessary to prevent hypoglycemia.
