? Other Medications and Neutral Insulin
Inform your healthcare provider about all the medications you are taking, especially:

? How to Use Neutral Insulin
- Use exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
- Inject under the skin (SC) in the upper thighs, arms, buttocks, or abdomen.
- Do not inject into the vein (IV) or muscle (IM).
- Change injection sites within the chosen area with each dose to avoid lipodystrophy (skin pits or thickened skin) and localized amyloidosis (skin lumps at injection sites).
- Use before meals by 30 minutes.
? How to Store Neutral Insulin
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiration date (EXP) stated on the vial and carton.
- Before opening: Store in the refrigerator (2-8°C). Do not freeze.
- During use or when carrying as a spare: Do not refrigerate or freeze. It can be stored at room temperature (below 25°C) for up to 6 weeks.
- Always keep the vial in its outer carton when not in use to protect it from light.
- Dispose of needles and syringes after each injection.
- Do not dispose of the medication in wastewater or household trash.
